Meetings

I think we should have meetings one time in week. We could make a big party and go pwn somewhere. I'm also thinking about ventrilo server, so we could comunicate by mic easily.(but free ventrilo server is for 7-8 ppl i think).

What do you think ?

Yes meetings sound good and do you mean we should go farm an area? because that would be fun =p how bout blue pixies when we all reach lvl 35? Vent sounds good also but does everyone have mics? it ok bout the 7-8 ppl boundary as we only have about 4 active ppl outside of rappelz anyway

yea it sounds like a good idea but then you got a problem cause if you plan a meeting somewhere some peaple can't come or they are not on but it's a good idea

I know. But everyone have to be there. If you can't, you'll have to post on forum. We will see who is active or not.

Theres no point in membership, when you don't care about your guild. When i say 'Sign up to forum' that means there is some reason why im asking you to do that. Guild = groupe = community. I have never talked with more than half of our members. Is that ok ? If we want to become strong and good organised guild, we must be like a big family.

Be active, or you will get kicked - that's all i want to say. Maybe i'm wrong, as i said, it's just MY point of view. Achillez is guild master, and ofcourse he will decide what to do.

Yes I have been studying or predicament carefully. At first I was trying to get as many ppl in guild as possible, sure they were active for two days or something, but now it's like they are non existent so I have decided to boot all the people I think are inactive, if you think I have booted you wrongfully then feel free to post here on the forum.

Well that post about have to sign up the forum and the reason for it kinda scared me .
Anyway i believe any other reasonable player, clannie ..or a member will find the use of this sooner or later. Problem is if they are interested in playing and developing the gaming comunity on here.

I've been playing a text based MUD game since '97. Due to the considerably grown appeal of graphic games it was immenent to die out eventually. Basically i found kinda new home in Rappelz (what a freaky name, always misspelit ), so if ya talk about a rampage, slaughter, burning houses..ect. I'm for it. So far i've seen most of the ppl play on my time so i know this will be fun.

On the other note, I do not know how old Rappelz is, basically dunno anything about it than what i've browsed on the web, and learned by playing it. So i dunno if any ppl are still kinda closed up and slow to get in to "we are a guild, we have to hang out" thingy.
If i can be honest, active recruting

actually makes more of an tense atmosphere because "you don't know first thing about me, but ya put me in the guild and i have to be your buddy" won't go far. Now i'm not here to spread out the pearls of my questionable wisdom, just wanted to post something because DeathShadow scared me

Lol i got a bit lost in your post but i think i know what you mean, and i am now recruiting only active ppl and also asking things about them before they join to see if they would fit it the guild or not

I glad that i scared you And you're right. First we need to know the guy well, then we can recruit. Im sure we will be one of the best guilds in Rappelz soon. Just need to wait, and take good and active players .

My firends have just started playing Rappelz and i think they will apply soon (im sure they will be active in-game and on the forum).

Yes that is also a good way to recruit, bring your friends in, after all you know them already so...ye. Also it seems that the salamander server is a pretty close community so it is clear who the actives are.

Ok. I think we can have the first meeting this friday, about 9:30 pm UK time (It's 4:30 pm EST for USA members). It will be the first meeting so its just for seeing if we are able to gather more members.

This is just my proposition. Pls post here if you want to change the date.
