Why I can't wear these shoes? Whenever I try it says I dont meet the requirements to wear it or something like that. Note, the little icon of the shos has like a little gold ring with a lil red inside in the top righ corner (can barely see it in the pic) no idea what that means ...

it's combined with a unit card... now your pet can equip it it has to have the skill for that too... he can learn it at lvl 10 i think

Yes a pet card equip them, the skill is learnt at level 10 however you can only equip those boots when your pet is lvl 20
