All members please feel free to comment and share your oppinions for making officiall membership of this above stated players.

For my part i think we found deacent and active players. Vinter and Possos had shown in many occasions that guild comes first and gave their effords to expand our comunity for two more ppl with whom we can have fun with talkin and gaming.

So for me Vinter and Possos: thumbs up!

On the matter of WootyHarbinger, i have seen slim, almost none activity, thus i can't judge on his part. Anyone who thinks others should know about wooty's inactivity please post a reply so for all members to be informed and reconsider or decline it's application.

Wooty - no. Why ? Due to inactivity.

Yes, yes, and I suppose.
I am still of the opinion that activity is difficult to measure by any one statistic, be it regular leveling, active chatter, or time spent logged onto the server. Any one of those categories can be useful in determining activity, but they can also be deceiving for various reasons.
A character might not be leveling much because the player is working on an alternative character, or might be spending time helping low level players to learn how Rappelz works.
Not actively talking on the guild chat channel might simply indicate that a player is busy talking on their party channel.
And just being logged on to the server does not mean that the player is actively engaging mobs or questing, they might not even be at the keyboard. This is particularly true due to the unusual stamina system that Rappelz incorporates.
I thinkt that if a player/character has shown an interest in being part of our guild, and has displayed maturity and loyalty, we should be forgiving about moderate activity.
If the membership of the guild starts to get to around 120 or more, then at that point, go ahead and make the rules about maintaining a certain level of activity more strict, but until then, I am in favor of soft activity requirements.

I agree with ellen on this 1 (as always, why you so clever lol). If we get a larger amount of people in guild then we shall enforce activity requirements, until then let us prosper.

Well, i don't agree. What Ellendia said is true, but not at all. For me, lvling is the main measure of activity. Same with time spent on the server. Ok, the player can be AFK, but he is still playing rappelz. I don't think he would launch his game just to go AFK.

In my opinion, we should recruit more 45+/r3 players. 45 lvl shows that they are active in-game by itself.

Yes but the problem is getting those types of levles to join daylight, they would just as easily get into one of the top guilds such as ace and thecore, how can we persuade them 2 come here?

its impossible untill we reach lvl 50. If we have like 5-6 r3 player, more people will like to join us. I think thats the point - reach r3 asap

First of all ..buttoff this thread if ya thinking on discussing on strategies of who and how to recrute/inforce..and yadda yadda yadd.

This is for Vinter and Poss.
Vinter and Possos showed on many ocassions that:
- they are active in leveling, playing, communicating with other memebers, and time spending on the game.
- they are trustworthy, helping when in need, fighting when in need.
- they are NOT problematical, hard to have fun with , tough to understand or comprehend.
- they are getting more and more experienced in the game and "know how" along side with us.


In my oppinion i would consider them equal clan members as i consider my self.
Now please give in your oppinions, comments and insight ABOUT THEM to make an easy decission to Kahuna.

Now, i dunno what ya all started discussing back there, was it about Wooty or not i am not sure, but from WottyHarbinger I HAVE NOT heard a single word in one week, saw him on in that same week, got in group, killed, socialised or discussed about why women have hairy backs like we do.... sorry Ellen saw yar backs!

So have Wooty been on hollidays, away, out of country , exams, girlfriend, parent, hospital.... I had NO information about it, thus for me I CAN'T JUDGE or vote. Unless someone sheds some light to it. Wotty may remain as status applicant untill we get any information about his future involvement to Daylight. If none arrives than we got another inactive bud to cut off.

Yes as dran said, it is hard and unethical to make a decision on wooty as we don't know the details. Anyone with any informormation about his wereabouts phone crimestoppers or better yet msg me about why he's been inactive since joining.

As for Vinter and Possos, I feel they have settled well into the guild and have earned the right to become permanent members so if you want to stay your welcome to .
